Hey guys,

Haven't posted here in quite a while!

I don't know if any of you remember, but a few months ago I posted a topic about my band "missFlag", when we had just finished recording an EP... and it seemed that quite a few of you enjoyed the music.

Well since then, we've been up to a lot, we've grown bigger and just finished recording our debut album, which we worked on with an excellent producer from LA.

We had a short US tour a few months ago, which was pretty successful, and we'll be heading to the US again for a much bigger tour next month. Furthermore, some major labels have started showing interest and we've been doing some showcases for them.

Well I'm not sure if any of this really interests you guys - but the reason I'm posting is because this place has always been special to me, since the days I used to edit Jedi Knight - and I always value the feedback I get over here more than on any other forum or website, myspace etc.

So I'd really be happy if you guys could take the time to check out some of my work, which you can hear streaming at

http://www.missFlag.com
or
http://www.myspace.com/missFlag

and give me some honest feedback!

I realize this should probably go on the music forum, but it seems that the forum is not very active and I really wanted this to reach all of you :)
If, however, this is a problem - then I apologize, and feel free to move the thread.

Cheers :v:

Ah, so you (the band) are from Jerusalem, Israel. That explains it. I was wondering about when you mentioned "heading to the US again" even though your producer is from LA.

Hey, I remember both you and your band. You're pretty good, and I can remember Vin endlessly trying to convince everyone it sounded like some band called Velvet Teen or something.
nope.

You nearly have 60000 friends! Wow, I can see your band going big places. I like the piano and the spacey guitar. It's very radio friendly... I don't know if that's what you all are shooting for or something.

Hey, your music sounds pretty cool. Not exactly my style, but you definitely have lots of talent (and good equipment). I like the album cover, too.

EDIT: The more I listen to it the more I like it...

Awesome, I seem remember you from awhile back. I like the music, good style. Good luck to you and you're band, hopefully you don't turn into a one album wonder like a lot of other bands nowadays.

Thanks for the feedback guys!

The band logo was designed by me, I did it using Wings 3D and Photoshop... not very complicated to make, but I liked the idea.

No way will we release only one album... we already have enough new songs for a second one, only a few months after recording the first :)

Radio-friendly is always good! Better than radio-unfriendly I suppose :P

Brian got it right... I'm that one guy, remember!??

Anyway, keep the feedback coming! Cause it makes me feel nice and warm inside :P
