I was bored today, so I whipped this up. Basically, I was wondering if I could beat all of JK's dark jedi at once, so I put them all into a small arena-type level.

I realize that the textures are bland and the archi is nothing special, but this is a product of boredom rather than a serious project.

To make things more interesting on harder difficulties I threw in some turrets: 2 on medium and 4 on Hard. There's a healing chamber in the center.

I can do it on easy and medium, but not hard.

Can you do it?

Note: to avoid colormap problems I suggest using Shred's JKE, although it will still work without.

Where is the "I am far to lazy to try it at this time" option?
My blawgh.

I'm going to venture a guess and say that I can only do it on easy, but that may be stretching it.

Given enough time,yes.

It's not like this hasn't been done before. The enemy jedi AI in JK is awful. Just use the rail detonator on them. That JO ladder level is much nicer.
Wikissassi sucks.

The saber combat in JO was indeed much nicer. Fighting saberists with sabers in JK was ...boring.

Unless some hardcore JK fan disagrees.

it's wonderful that 40% of us dont have the game (current poll results)
Laughing at my spelling herts my feelings. Well laughing is fine actully, but posting about it is not.

I could probably beat it with SBX, but otherwise it's just too boring.

I was never able to finish the ladder. The best I ever did was get to the Lizard Dude, who quickly dispatched me.
It took a while for you to find me; I was hiding in the lime tree.

I'm pretty sure I DID do that once, back in the day. Some stupid level that had all the dark jedi plus about 100 stormtroopers in a poorly textured box (you know the type).

Could I do that today? Probably not, at least not untill I spend a month or so re-building my skills.

When I say "I don't have JK", I mean I don't have it installed.

If you don't have JK, why are you on the forum?
2007-02-20, 10:47 AM #17
I guess the second largest usergroup after (former) JK players is formed by those who somehow managed to get into this site after seeing one of their friends post here in school or whatever.

Why did they stay... well, it's a great mystery! :downs:

They stayed because this is one of the rare forums where everyone is serious, and we aren't banning people every day.

Even as an agnostic-whatever I hope with my hand on the Bible that this isn't the case.

Seriously.

Really! :psyduck:

I can't find it either. :(

Sticking all the boss guys in a box isn't very innovative. :( At least find some way to mix it up and make it interesting...
