Graphics card recommendations

So, my birthday is coming up soon.

And I want a new graphics card.

My parents usually give me a limit of about $250, maximum.

Do you think that the Radeon x1950 pro for 225$ would be worth it?

I was recently shopping for new hardware, but I decided to put it off until the big DX10 games roll around.

Right now you won't get a DX10 card with that budget. If you are a gamer and you want to play the games from Q3/Q4 of this year with DX10, it's probably worth holding off a little longer.
