I've had this wierd little problem ever since I reinstalled Windows. Most programs that I run don't close out completely. They still show up on the taskbar, and when I click it, it disappears. It doesn't really seem to be causing any problems; it's just annoying. Anyone know how to fix it?

I get that when a program crashes sometimes, but not regularly.

Check taskman to see if they are really still resident.

Most likely it is just artifactal, ie windows doesn't always clean up well after itself.
