He's got a great case, in my opinion. How many times do techies promise what they know isn't true?

but he has to prove they DID say what he says they said....verbal contracts never hold up

It seems to me he didn't believe in those measures even himself. Why else would he have been cooking explosives? It's perfectly obvious to me he was manufacturing the perfect anti-tampering device for his computer by installing an explosive in it. That surely would have rendered his HD unrecoverable. Seems like he never finished it, though.

Well, I don't think he is terribly stupid...but pretty stupid. I guessing he's bringing up this lawsuit in order to draw attention away from himself?

Like mentioned before, if he can find a printed document that claims emptying the trash would forever delete those objects,he could have a case.
