Black Snake Moan

I can honestly say this is the first movie I've ever seen in which Christina Ricci actually looked hot. You see her body...you see it a LOT. The movie had a lot more sex and nudity than I thought it was going to contain. The trailer pretty much explains nothing about the movie. The trailer makes Sam Jackson seem like a sort of bad person, but in the actual film, he's a really nice but misunderstood person. The movie has some good acting in it and some even better music. I just recently went out and purchased the soundtrack and I can't stop listening to it. Sam Jackson has about four of his own Blues tracks in the movie/soundtrack and they are awesome. Has anyone else seen this movie?
Think while it's still legal.

I had the option of seeing it, but I chose Zodiac over it. Not disappointed with my choice one bit, but the trailer for Black Snake Moan did captivate me enough to add it to my Netflix queue.

For a moment I thought this was about some new Metal Gear Solid game.

Whatever.

And nope, haven't seen it. 8)

I find it interesting that the movie title is one letter away from "Black Snake Man".

I've been wanting to see it. In the meantime, I can get by with listening to Robert Johnson singing about the devil telling him to beat his woman.

What a terrible review of the movie.

I saw it last night and thought it was really good ( not just the fact that Christina Ricci is in it.)

The movie has a really good story, even though its pretty bizzare most of the time. I really enjoyed the southern feel the movie had, especially because of the music.
