Started learning Elvish, but there's 2 forms!
Quenya
Sindarin

Which form is better/easier to learn?
Bare in mind I've already been learning Quenya vowels and consenants and their pronounciation.

And yes btw I realise this is a complete wast of my time and will not help me pull a tart and is just really lame.

I dunno which is easier, but they both are really cool. Most elvish in the books is Quenya I think.

I was under the impression that most of the elves that spoke sindaren stayed in Valinor and only the sons of Feanor went back to Middle Earth. Someone check me on this because I havent read the Silmarillion in a while. I started to reread it a couple weeks ago but the beginning with Iluvatar is just.... blegh

Quenya is high elvish, and is most spoken in Valinor, while Sindarn is the Elvish language that is spoken the most in Middle Earth, because Feanor banned Quenya after he went there, if I recall correctly.

From reading that happydud, it never really says whether the language used mostly in the books or the films is Quenya or Sindarin. I'm so confused, but I did read that the language that the Kings of Numenor and then later Gondor used Quenya. So that's what I'm guessing, but I couldnt discern which from the page.
