Give me back the last thirty seconds of my life.

Actually...It was kinda nifty-lookin'. Kinda reminds me of Lighter Tricks.

This was done by my CS 421 classmate. And yes, he can twirl and spin a pen quite well.

Code to the left of him, code to the right of him, code in front of him compil'd and thundered. Programm'd at with shot and $SHELL. Boldly he typed and well. Into the jaws of C. Into the mouth of PERL. Debug'd the 0x258.

/me learns to twirl pens with oh-so-nifty tutorial found in video section of Pentrix. I AM INVINCIBLE!

Here goes the jantelov again. Oh well.

I guess there are more constructive things to do than learning to twirl a pen. But hey, it looks impressive. I'll just go practice my guitar instead.

Heh, that was cool, I had already seen a few people doing it, but nowhere near as good as those guys...

Anyone know the artist/title of that song?
2004-07-13, 4:26 AM #8
I wonder how much time that guy waste practicing for that...

I think the band is Rhapsody. Don't know the title, but most of their music sounds more or less like that. Try Symphony of Enchanted Lands or Dawn of Victory (albums)

Fantasy metal, yay [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

Thanks Gandalv - in case anyone is curious, it is Rhapsody, and the song is called Dawn of Victory.

I'm sure the music and the text had *something* to do with it, but I sorta figured this was a Japanese thing.

/me is sooooo going to learn how to do that

Heck, I think thats pretty danged cool. I'm also the kind of person who is constantly doing something with my hands, picking at something, twirling a pencil, just whatever to keep busy.

Anyone else read Pen Sniping and thought the thread had something to do with pen guns or shooting pens out of guns or shooting pens with guns?
2004-07-15, 1:22 PM #17
That actually is pretty cool. I have a feeling that it may provide good excersize to musicians as well. (string insturments/drums, whatever)

I'd rather practice my guitar than spin a pen, to be honest..

(whoops, that came out wrong. I agree that it is probably nice training for the nervous system [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif] )

It's not fair! I twirl my pen or pencil between my fingers constantly as long as I'm holding one and not using it and I'm not anywhere near that good! [http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif]
