I'm a fan of no avatars. So while brad's custom name accent may be annoying, I'll vote in his favor for no avatars. Sorry if you hate me now Vinny. :(

I know we've asked stuff like this over and over, would it be possible to have avatars and allow for them to show/not show in User Control Panel? I, for one, like avatars. (simple ones) :colbert:

Brian hates avatars with the fire of 1,000 suns so avatars will not be displayed. Remember, the owner of this site is all about pure minimalism.

That's because it's his title. Avatars are completely disabled. Images in titles should be disabled because you can't turn them off.

He likes the Massassi default to be minimalistic, so that visitors aren't overwhelmed by obnoxious flashy forums. Wouldn't it be possible to make the Massassi default with the avatar value off, and let members manually turn them on in their own CP?

On new users, the default is off.

I thought a little bit about whether i should ban you, de-admin you, or just remove the avatar again. I decided just to remove both.

No more rainbows, no more avatars. Fair is fair, whatever. :saddowns:
