I have one that looks like this, although I have never use it (and probably never will). It's a Marlin 1894 Caliber that was once used for squirrel hunting by my grandfather.

I dont have any pics. But I have a .22 bolt action rifle, and a .306 bolt action rifle.

EDIT:

So where are you finding all of these guns anyway? Whats the best way to find older WWII models like those?
2007-03-29, 1:23 AM #12
the laser pointer on the rubber band gun cracks me up. it takes the amount of overkill to the next level.

ok for those who are posting pics from the internet... stop... this is for pictures of YOUR guns

and the old military rifles can be found a number of places...

gunshops
pawnshops
certain retail sporting goods chains (Big5, Dunhams, Gander Mountain)
gunshows (definately bring a BS meter and do plenty of research before you go to one)
mail-order

also check the classified section of the local newspaper...

Pretty impressive. How much money do you think your collection's worth (all of it, including small arms)?

2007-03-29, 11:28 AM #15
not sure how much it's worth... but i know roughly what i paid for my small collection (including accessories such as bayonets, slings, etc...) and that's a number i'd rather not share

but i'll say this much... what i paid is well under the amount i could resell for especially considering the inclusion of an authentic mosin sniper rifle and a finn m91 i bought for well under what they normally go for

Hope you enjoy being the only legitimate poster in your thread... there's maybe three other Massassians besides you who meet all the requirements.

Many of us are unable to purchase "our guns" due to $$$ or local/state laws (CA :argh:). Also, the title of this thread says "Gun Picture thread 2007" and the OP says NOTHING about posting guns from sites that the poster would like to own. If we stuck to these guidelines, Freelancer's right, only a small portion of the whole site could "legally" post. I will try to stop a gun-control debate since you did request that. That makes sense to me as this is a thread namely to showoff and discuss guns not gun-policy.

Me too. I'd love to possess one of those things. I'm told you have to "qualify" to own this gun. Confirm/deny?

Nope. It's just a semi automatic .30-06 weapon. You can "qualify" through the NRA to get one cheaper, but it doesn't have any restrictions you don't have on a normal weapon.

I would however appreciate it if you took good care of any that you may come across.

Or he could close his left eye. Unless he's going into combat, he doesn't need both eyes open when shooting anyway.

Ha! Found a camera...belongs to my cousin's friend, apparently. :)

The Remington 870, Sig Pro 2340, Sig Pro 2022 and AutoOrdinance 1911A1 are real. The rest are airsoft.

Larger pic <-- crappy-camera-warning!

I didn't bother getting my Ruger 10/22 and old 20ga shotgun out of the safe...so there they shall remain. Perhaps next time. :)
