Anybody else get this?

I haven't restarted Firefox yet, so I don't know quite what's going to happen.

Are you sure it's not just an update that fixes something.

...I haven't had any problems.. But I just realized I'm running 1.5.0.11

Should I upgrade?
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

My firefow is configured to a proxy server that only works when the VPN is on. I turn that off after work so rather than switch back and forth, i just use IE.

So what makes firefox so great anyways?

There's an extension in firefox that lets you switch proxies on and off with one click, ya know.

And Firefox is great for MANY reasons:

A. No spyware
B. Faster
C. Better rendering
D. Extensions
E. Features (like spell checking!)

Actually i had no idea i could turn off the proxy server. I am really only familiar with IE. i know how to turn it off in there, but i dont know how in firefox. Call me a noob, but ill need some instruction to do so. Or maybe ill take a look at it myself when im not so tired. If it only takes one click im sure it cant be too hard to find.

...with an extension.

Without it, you have to disable the proxy in preferences, almost exactly like in IE.
