My C drive is all fine and dandy, and I got Windows installed okay.

Don't ask about my last post, that was... weird.


Anyway, I seem to have un-partitioned my F drive. It happened to have some very important information on it, and I was wondering if you guys knew of some way to recover the data that was on it?

There's a very slim chance that you could repartition it exactly the same way it was partitioned before, and then run chkdsk on it.

Other than that, repartitioning a drive is pretty much considered a "all data is gone" move.

There are tools for recovering data from unmountable disks. I don't have any specific recommendations, except Google. Hopefully you can find a good one.
