how do you play levels by other people?

Download them, then either manually put them in the levels folder, or use Patch Commander

which folder? and i couldnt find Patch Commander and when i did find Patch Commander it says corrupt installation.

I believe that the patch commander link on this site is corrupt. Try jkhub

Put custom levels in the 'Episode' folder.

Get Patch Commander here or here.
