I'm trying to add a savings account to paypal, but it says I need a routing number. I've looked through all my information that i've gotten with the account, and still haven't found anything close to it, all i can find is the account number in there. Do I have to have a savings and checking account to add the account to paypal?

Look on your bank's website. It should be there as well. Just type routing number in the search field and it should come up. That is how I found mine before I got my checks which have it printed on each check.

The bank's site doesn't have a search feature, ick :/. Is there a chance that all the accounts from a certain location have the same routing number? or does it change with each account?

It's unique to each account... It's printed on each check that you get, or you can just call and ask your bank for your routing number...
