FF8 (Best damned final fantasy EVER)

Brave Fencer Musashi (I doubt you'll find it anymore. Crappy story, good combat)

BTW, FF8 was horrible. I mean horrible. The plot was mundane, the game was tedious...gah...if you want a great RPG, buy FF:Chronicles and FF:Anthology. All you'll ever need.

FF8 was amazing. I know everyone has their own opinion but... Chronicles isn't a real final fantasy. And even then I don't have a gamecube. I like FF8 mostly because the storyline was origonal. The main character isn't some kinda of half freak thing, and most certainly isn't invincable. It focuses mostly on romance, which dosen't really matter to me. The musical score has the best music I've seen (The landing?). Also, it has *the* funniest boss battles in any game EVER. The giant cactar fight is great when you have everyone's final limit break

Chronicles not a real Final Fantasy? Isn't it Final Fantasy 1&2 rebundled for Playstation?

He was probably talking about Crystal Chronicles. FF: Chronicles is--correct me if I'm wrong--FF4 and Chrono Trigger.
