Wacom Tablet help
2007-04-19, 5:45 PM #1
Okay, I've got a Wacom Tablet, which is a device that allows you to draw with a stylus on a plastic pad. Recently, its cord was replaced with a brand-new one. The problem is, it doesn't even detect the thing. It has a little LED light on the tablet but that doesn't turn on. It's like it isn't even plugged in. It works fine on Thrawn[numbarz]'s laptop but as far as I can tell it doesn't on any other computer. It's a USB device, and I've tried all the ports. I've also updated the drivers and reinstalled the software. No luck. In short, I NEED HELP!

Uh, bad plug maybe? Or you screwed up the wiring?

Or your USB port is at fault.
TAKES HINTS JUST FINE, STILL DOESN'T CARE

Or it requires power over USB and you're using an unpowered USB hub.

Or the tablet isn't compatible on your other computers.
Specs?

Well if there is nothing you can't do, you should get a refund...that is if it is refundable.
