It's not ebonics. Ebonics is no longer used as a term. The closest thing that exists is African American Vernacular English, that's used in linguistics circles.

Its rather intresting that he used what I'd call slang to describe it, but suppose **** happens. But its a bit embarrasing to discuss it online though don't you think? But its something that would not do anyway :)
