I belonged to a religious cult when I was a child and since I had a "religious exemption", I was never immunized for anything that wasn't done at birth.

I'll test positive on the skin test for TB for the rest of my life, but I don't have active TB and due to a 9 month series of medication the likelihood of my TB becoming active is slim to none.

While I'm no longer a religious person, I figure that most vaccinations are a waste of time considering most of the population now has them. I have been thinking about getting tested for allergies though. That seems like it could be helpful. Other than mono, when I was a child, I've never really been sick. I went through all of last year without a cold or even more than a mild stomach ache.

That's the point. Everyone has them, but one person doesnt, and that person gets it, and it changes to a new strain inside that person and everyone else gets it.
