If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

With the quality of disney cartoons these days, I bet the porn had a better storyline.

Parent's reaction: Stupid.

I think this is obviously a prank of some sort. Also, when have cable companies been GOOD. It's hard to go bad when you've never even been good.

yeah, my guess is it was a disgruntled employee.

But how was the parents' response stupid?

Seems to me he had a right to be mad.

Seems to me he complete MISSED the fact it was the Cable Companies fault, not Disney's, which he seems to be blaming.

ie: his response was stupid.

I don't think his initial thoughts would be who was to blame, moreso the fact that his toddler was bombarded with hardcore porn.

Is there any link to a reputable American news source (ie a traditional left of center mainstream organization)? I did a quick search but didn't see one. This definitely wasn't an accident. I'm for the "disgruntled employee" theory. That is, if this is true. I guess I can go check some conservative sites. Seems to me if it happened it will be reported there...

I sorta have to agree with you about the point you're trying to make, but would you be okay if your children watch pr0n?

Would it REALLY be that big of a deal is the point.

IT'S THE HUMAN BODY. THIS IS WHAT IT IS DESIGNED TO DO.

Our two most powerful instincts, the ones that influence us the most, are self preservation and procreation.

They are the cornerstone of OUR ENTIRE SOCIETY.

Why can't we get over these crappy puritan influences?

I mean yeah, if you show your kids porn all the time on purpose thats kinda messed up in a way. If they should see some by accident, it shouldn't be that big of a deal. What is ****ing these kids up more than anything is the stigma their parents are creating over the human body. $10 says this kid grows up hating his body because his parents make him feel ashamed to have a weiner or show it to anyone else.

GOOD JOB NORMA BATES.

I think the issue is you don't know if that kid is gonna be messin around with another kid in kindergarten...

Really young kids don't have the best of judgement (Hell, teenagers are screwed up sometimes).

Oh please, kids in kindergarden have no sex drives.

I have a friend who ran around in kindergarden showing people his penis. Just for fun. You must have no idea what little kids are like, they'll do anything they see.

You'd be surprised at the frequency of such events.

Guess what. They're natural, and mostly harmless.

Little kids "play doctor" all the time. Many developmental psychologists would say it's normal. Last time I was in a psych course (be it developmental or human sexuality) there was absolutely no study that showed negative effects from exposing children to intercourse. Now, I'm not saying I'm going to pop in "Back-Door Babes 4" instead of "Toy Story 14" for my hypothetical spawn, but I certainly hope that these parents were smart enough parents to sit down and talk to their kids about what they had seen in the most unbiased way possible before picking up the phone and calling the local news station.
