AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Windsor 2.2GHz

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+(65W) Windsor 2.2GHz

I love the CPUs with the lower voltage rating (they seem to be more stable IMO) but does anyone know about these two, which i should get?

the 65W has a .1 voltage drop (yes i looked on wiki). most (if not all) energy efficient PC parts cause a performance reduction. if high-end isn't a concern for you, sure go for it.
