I don't always brush my teeth, but "rarely" is the wrong word. "Once a day" is more like it. After having braces, my teeth aren't really dirty, and my breath tends to be wonderful all of the time.

I pick my nose a lot. It's not really habbit, it's more that I can't stand having **** in my nose. I always keep tissues around, though.

Gambling needs to be on there.
