Well, all of the ones that are actually linked to are. Didn't bother with some of the things that are just PHP scripts that only I use.

Went a step further and converted it all to XHTML. Of course all that required was find and replace for line break tags and tacking in closings on the very few image tags.

Now today do I want to integrate the news script with the message boards... Hmm... Don't know why I do this since people only view one page on the whole site, but eh, it gives me stuff to do...

I'm confused. WarCraft 3 valid? Probably not what that stands for.

W3c is short for World Wide Web Consortium.

It's their self-imposed purpose to set a standard of compatibilty for web sites. They kind of indirectly control the HTML language and set the standards on what is good code and bad code.
