I mean,
I guess because you're being presented a whole lot more disease you'd have more immunity to some bugs but... that is seriously not without consequence.
Hell, there are sequelae of many infections are bad, bad, even if you clear them. From Rheumatic Fever to Guillian-Barre, there are tons and tons of post infective syndromes. It's sorta like a retarded method of vaccination. There's a reason not all vaccines are the same, ranging from small amounts of the infective agent, parts of a killed pathogen, to just toxins the agent produces (a la tetanus).
Seriously, it's a bad idea to eat raw meat. Loading yourself with food borne infections in hopes of stronger immunity against them...
And you don't want too strong an immune system. In horridly simple terms 'stronger' immune system = more auto immune diseases. There exists cross reactivity between human 'antigens' and antibodies versus pathological antigens.
It may not kill you outright, but I don't see it aiding anyone.
Addendum: As far as pets eating raw meat, this came up on google and is easy to read:

Eh, just an opposing viewpoint. I'm not going to hold a strong opinion on that. (On further reading, the guy's a Linus Pauling supporter... 5000 grams of vit C and all that. Well, he is a licensed vet at least...)
