The opening credits with the nuclear explosion and the endoskeleton grabbing SC's throat looked cool - the rest of it however did look rather like a big pile of soiled Y-fronts.

Why? Are there people out there who cared enough about Sarah Conner to want a show about her? I thought the Terminator in the Terminator movies was enough badass to draw people away from the other folks.

The "bad" terminator looks insanely cheesy. Like when he says "Sarah Connor."

Well, she's a terminator. And the new BSG shows that there are human-form cylons. Cylons are nicknamed "toasters." Toasters make toast.

Therefore, you can get toast out of a terminator.

I only saw the vid where a cyborg was choking the **** out of some lady (Sarah Connor, I suppose). Somehow the cyborg guy looked too... Well, he looked like a guy with a dumbfounded expression of constant surprise that's he's trying hard to hide. Somehow Schwarzenegger pulled the Terminator look off much better. When I saw him first time I saw Terminator 1 I had no doubts he's made out of freaking metal.
