I just want to see what sort of transfers I have going (from where and to whom). That's pretty much about it. I was hoping windows had something endogenous, but after some searching I've come up short; there are programs out there that seem to do what I want, but I don't know which would be the best (and preferably reputable). Thanks for the help.

Sadly, the name Wireshark is at least 39x more lame than Ethereal.

The name changed over a year ago, I'm still sad.
