put the cd in and click install. The real question is; how can you automatically install it?

Oh, I meant without running the exe because it isn't working for me. Anyway I just copied all the files and pasted it into a new directory. But now when I try to start a mission, i.e. walk into either Marines, Navy, or Psi Ops, the game crashes. Any help>
