That looks incredibly dangerous. Just a bit to much water or a wave just a little too high, and that thing would be in the drink.

As long as the rotors weren't underwater it would have been fine.

Maybe so. But if too much water got push in the hull suddenly, I would think that it might get knocked off balance.

First off, they wouldn't be doing that in rough waters. Secondly, the helicopter is tilted upwards a little bit so that if the a little too much water got into the back there, the pilot would just adjust and angle of the rotors so there was a more lift. The chopper would go up and the water would drain out. Third, this is special operations stuff. They do crazy **** that no one else would even consider despite the extra danger.

now the video works...

i can think of a better way to get into a helicopter... jump a motorcycle off some ramp, grab on to the helicopter while letting the bike go flying, then climb into the helicopter...

all while the badguy is shooting at you... oh and the ramp has to explode right after you jump

...and suddenly i think i've seen that exact stunt in a movie... if not it should be worked into a movie

Half of this thread reminds me of Contra 3, what with it's jumping onto helicopters and metal scorpions and explosions and things. :awesome:

Its a different sort of awesome. If I owned a metal boat I probably wouldnt get to drive it into helicopters. And metal boats that are for recreational use tend to be crappy little fishing boats.

I'm trying really hard to think of what movie that was. I have seen it though.
