Albania is a strange place. They without fail have the highest approval ratings for America by a lot. I knew an Albanian. He said the people there think the streets of America are paved with gold or some such nonsense. They just love us. Dunno why, really.

It's always something you wouldn't question if you saw it in your day, but because someone famous or something had it happen, there's barrels of speculation brought in to make a story.
