It's time to put Massassi's fortune-telling abilities to the test!

A few of you might remember this thread (here) and this thread (there) about a murder in my hometown of a 19yr old beauty queen back in December of '05.

It has finally gone to trial - in a different town - this week.

So without knowing ANY evidence or anything useful (or I guess if you want, the local paper is all over it - The Courier) use your prognostication skills and predict whether the boyfriend will found GUILTY OF MURDER or INNOCENT.
