Well, I doubt it's anything sexual since they're obviously not related.

From what my dad has told me about Prince Phillip (my dad has spent a number of weeks with him while on duty), it seems that Charles is following in his footsteps :D

Classic photo none the less.

Please tell me I'm not the only person who realizes it's photoshopped.

Her face is more in-focus than the two on either side of her. There's some pretty computery antialiasing going on with her (see the bridge of her nose). And the fact that this would never happen, ever, unless someone photoshopped it.

A. A camera can only focus on a certain area at one time. Same with your eye, really. Naturally if she was in focus, the other two guys would not be. Plus, since the camera was probably focused on Prince Charles, she'd obvious be in focus since at that time she's the same distance from the camera as he is.
B. It's called JPEG compression.
C. You haven't seen many pictures of politicians doing weird things.

More reasons why I highly highly doubt its a photoshop:

A. She's at the perfect angle.
B. The lighting is exactly the same.
C. They're all dressed exactly the same...
D. There's no signs of lassoing, ESPECIALLY around the frilly hair on the back of her head/neck (which would be impossible to cut out, and would probably have to be brushed in manually to even pull it off)

So yeah.

Wow, this place has gone down to youtube's level. I'm curious how much further we can go.

If I have to ruin it, he's just put the damn medal on her. You can tell because everyone in the background has one and the bloke closer to the camera doesn't have his yet.

It's not a photoshop it's just very well timed.
nope.

Well, you can still imagine that putting the medal there gave him the opportunity to cop a feel.

CoolMatty that's not exactly how camera's work (the focus thing).

Have you ever seen a picture of someone in front of a mountain? If you notice, they are both in focus.

You can have what is called a "Depth of Field." So the depth of field for the person and mountain picture would have to be very wide, but you can also narrow it down to a pretty exact distance, which is what you were thinking of.

So that doesn't support or negate your argument, just that one bit of evidence.

I, for one, also thought he was just withdrawing from attaching the medal.

How do you attach that medal without copping a feel?
