I flipped out, too. Luckily, I have stuff that I could submit. Hopefully Brian will put it up soon. I think my main buzz kill for mapping has been that submissions haven't existed for the past year and a half.

I don't know. I'm thinking of just making small, incremental improvements to the current system. The problem is that undertaking coding a huge CMS that will work for us is turning out to be too much "work" and not enough "fun." I'm going to write some scripts to make thumbnails of all the level screenshots, update the levels script to show the thumbnails, then the news, then make it so I can upload screenshots through the web interface, etc. I'm going to take it slow and just do one thing at a time.

I was trying to get Detty to do a new design for massassi but I didn't get a reply from him. The one Kedri did is good, I guess I could use that. But I want to start working on the site again and expand our coverage for all Star Wars games, not just PC/editable games. Kedri's design doesn't really take that focus into account.

Just a note, I'm working from home more now so I have an extra hour or two a day that I don't spend on the road, so I get a bit of time to myself nowadays, which is nice.

It's really nice to see some activity on the main page. Having new levels to try out should encourage people to play JK/JO/JA a bit more.
