Best software to record jk?

I need to record a jedi knight (well, MOTS) level, and am wondering what is the best way to go about this. Any help would be appreciated :)

I thought the original MotS cutscenes were recorded with Smacker. It's free, I think, and should still do the job.

The absolute best way is to capture the video output with another PC. If you have another PC with a video card or TV tuner that can take an s-video in, and your card has an s-video out, that would be the way to go. You could record the audio the same way.

Ideal would be another PC with a VIVO video card and take s-video, VGA or DVI in and record that.

Since that's not likely, though, FRAPS will work.

Fraps would be ideal but unregistered it has that annoying header on your video, and you can only record upto 30 seconds. Anything else like fraps?

Actually, only JK used Smacker, MotS used some homegrown LA stuff.

You have two options:

1. Record all your cutscenes in 30 second cuts at most and edit them together. Just crop the scene to remove the watermark.

2. Pirate it. No really, no one pays for FRAPS.
