These guys are difficult to understand (regional accents?). It appears to be a video review/preview of Dark Troopers from 1995. The summary I've created with babelfish (and some editing) reads:

"A summary of Issue 5/95.

Star Wars for ground troopers: The trigger-happy (?) storm troopers get a follow up in the form of Dark Troopers. Lucas Arts' addition to the 3D action wave gives plenty of amusement (?) and has intelligent level design."

In the video itself, the reviewers visit a variety of locations from the game and talk about them. This is a hangar, this is a smelly sewer, etc. etc. Kind of silly if you ask me. However, this is a video review/preview from 1995. Most websites and magazines that have attempted to create similar videos fail miserably even today.

Ah, yes, good old PC Player videos. They always did some crazy stuff. Later most of the editors went to the magazine GameStar where they made their "Spacecraft GameStar" videos, a silly Star Wars/Star Trek spoof where they often went into various video games.
Believe me, they know the difference between Star Wars and Star Trek.
