this anime movie I once saw, long time ago.

The antagonists of the movie are a brother and sister who can fuse together and theres some weird incest stuff. The main character is in a red suit with a green 'orb' in the middle :P. Its a futuristic setting and the main characters are all college goers.

When I can think of more details I'll post em. Anyone have a clue what the name of this movie is? (I think it starts with a G)
