Anybody know how to retrieve an Admin account password on XP professional?

My Sergeant who was the Admin for this computer got hit and before he could tell us anything about the computer he got Medevac'd out.
So now we can't install the programs we need on this computer and nobody knows how to get into the admin account.

You can reset the password with some boot-CD magic.

Like the boot CD's you can make or the original?

Like, whatever google tells you. I think both are possible.

I don't know if its possible in XP Pro, but in XP Home Edition you can boot the computer in safe mode, log in to Admin and create another Admin account. But that wouldn't let you access to any of the primary admin's 'My Doucments' or Desktop files :/

that's only if you are a n00b with no admin password.
