1) She sounded far more idiotic than that.

2) You should have provided a link to the video, since I'm sure there will be enough people here that have no idea what you're talking about.

3) What about it? Where did you want this thread to go?

Huh? What on earth was she babbling about? She HAD to have misunderstood the question or couldn't hear it because her answer made no sense at all.

I could've sworn she even threw in an Osama reference in there.

She's most likely just dumb. Her agent or whoever gave her a few buzzwords to use, but she couldn't form a coherent response using them.

Yeah, actually. Sometimes people from North and South America are collectively referred to as Americans.

Indirectly she gave the exact answer to the question, only with too many words.

That is, if you are an American like her, you can't locate the USA on a world map.

So, instead of that incoherent talk, she could have simply said: "Look at me. Do you expect me to know where we are?"

Miss South Carolina,
Thank you for representing our state so very well.

I think she said "some, uh". I'll have to watch her again, however, to verify.

Neither. I'm not making a claim for myself.

But it's like everyone gets 10 points. And they can divide them up between smarts and beauty.

So for example, and average person would be 5/5, and over smart person would be like 1/9, and a super hawt person would be like 9/1.

I've known men and women who prove this hypothesis wrong.

no that's retarded.

all people aren't made equally.

you can be gorgeous and also be highly intelligent, and you can be extremely physically fit as well. it's a function of both genetics and upbringing and statistically speaking, most people have better genes and a better upbringing than you do.

OMG, that is scary. People like her shouldn't be allowed to leave the house on their own, let alone represent their state.
2007-08-27, 1:42 PM #35
Yeah, but it's a beauty pageant. What were people expecting, someone who got where they are because they look good in a swimsuit to actually know anything about the current state of their country or what a map is? Her mind is occupied with constant reminders to keep smiling and to firmly clamp her butt cheeks around the dime in between them.
