Who are the people who always quit with netsplits? I have seen it happening sometimes, but it never makes me quit. Just a bunch of other people. Weird.

It happened at least twice, and it didn't kick me off..I dunno.

Simply put: a specific server is cut from the main hub so the people who are on the server get netsplitted.

However, those who got netsplitted actually see others quitting IRC even though it was them who got netsplitted. It's all about the servers. If you're on the same server mentioned in the netsplit quit message, well, then you know if you really got netsplitted or if it just seems like everyone else did.

Damn my wording sucks.

Ho... Of course. I should have spent 10 more seconds to think it over. Well, it was just as well to leave it for the burger-finn to explain the logic of only seeing others quit.
