Petition for Dark Forces II Figures

I found this petition online that wishes to make figures based on JK. I suggest that all fans of JK should sign it.

Talk about a poorly written petition.

No petition ever works. Real pen-and-ink petitions rarely work, let alone online ones.

This is so stupid. Whoever wrote that doesn't understand basic marketing. Action figures help promote products that are out now, not ones from ten years ago.

why would anyone want these figurines anyway? the people who played jk when it was new are all over 20 now, so they wouldn't play with them. Star Wars is lame now that the prequels are out so they aren't collectors' items either.

I recently found a loose Dark Trooper figure with weapon that I couldn't pass up. I think I paid $5 for it. Completely accidental find.

They're releasing the Dark Trooper again this month, as a Fan Choice figure...

Really? I'll have to look into picking one up just for kicks.

I know there have been third party DF and JK figures floating about for years.

In order for a petition to work you have to be able to lobby against something.

In other words, you need to be able to threaten a company into doing what you want.

This doesn't work on the internet. Anonymity is one reason. Another reason is because of the people that leave comments on youtube. They ruin interent collective intelligence.

Verge of ironic to for someone with a high post count on a starwars game related website to post that "starwars is lame now"

I have Kyle Katarn and Mara Jade action figures, so I'm not sure what this is about.

Granted, I'd LOVE the Dark Jedi to get action figures. Wee!

And again, online petitions, etc etc.
