Yeah, he hit the nail on the head, and it's why I'm not replaying the game, like I thought I would. It's still absolutely beautiful, atmospheric, entertaining, and genuinely fun.

Did you even listen to the review? The game has many flaws, but it's also so incredibly awesome that the flaws don't matter that much.

My biggest beef is the DXM-o-matic machines, as Yahztee put them, that make the game way too easy and not very scary. I choose to just ignore them and load my game whenever I die.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is already a mod to fix most of these issues...

Yeah, a friend sent me this. I love the game, but the review's still hilarious and the criticisms are very true.

IMO, the game's more fun if you just circumvent the Vita-Chambers altogether and reload every time you die.
If you think the waiters are rude, you should see the manager.

I got it from Amazon for my 360 (backwards compatible) and it's great fun so far :D
