Final Fantasy VII-2

Very impressively made to say the least. A lot of fans seem to think that SquareEnix is going to make an official annoucement regarding a remake soon at the Tokyo Game Show, but I doubt it will happen at the moment (even though I'm a big fan). Would I buy it if all they did was a graphical update? I would really tempted, but no some new content and gameplay mechanics would have to be introduced.

I'm sorry but that was really long and boring.

But at least I was in it.

Anyway... Square has been rereleasing their old games for the last couple years, I guess it's about VII's turn.

A graphical update would actually allow me to stomach the game.

But an 8 remake would be even better. If they updated the graphics and added voices, it'd be amazing.

I remember the video square released of the opening sequence of FF7 to show what it would look like on the PS3.If they do remake VII and it looks like that, I'd get a PS3 for it.... after the price dropped a ways, anyway.

I just want an FF6 remake. An FF7 remake wouldn't be bad. Also, playing a game for graphics is :downs:

While just a few years back (well, 2 years back) I would have wanted a FF7 remake, well, they have made Cloud really god damn gay in the past few months so I wouldn't really want to get a Fab Fantasy 7 thankyouverymuch.

A shame Tetsuya Nomura jumped the shark and just started adding zippers everywhere. Geez.

I couldn't get on with IX - it felt too slow. And the card game wasn't nearly as much fun as Triple Triad.

VI-IX were all amazing games in my opinion and I could instantly get into them and play for hours straight. Even FFIX still had some memorable tunes. FFX and XII both just turned me off from playing.

I think they need to revamp it with the FF12 looking engine, and restore the storyline from the original idea that Aeris could be reborn or revived using holy. There is a glitch in the game that allows this, i think you need gameshark to exploit it though. Either way, good times.

I think its funny how people call FF characters emo when they have been around before the term 'emo' ever tore from its dead mothers canal.

The first few FF games were hard, I remember hating the first one... *mumbles about insanely hard wolves killing all 4 guys*
