bsicly, this is a photo i just took using my camera's starlight function to do a 1 minute exposure. all i did to edit it was to composit it onto itself to brighten the image, and scale it down to make it not so big as to cause scrollyness.

it looks much better full size though. nowhere near as blury. and i am aware that i got i small amount of ghosting.

Now everyone, post an astronomical image. preferably one that you took yourself, but it can be any good one if you want.

Hmmm, I've got to ask my dad for the photos of Hale Bopp we took in Norway. The weather was great, you could clearly see two tails (not sure about the third).
