Now im not trying to have an opinion on something i barely know about, But i just find that video astounding. Have any reporters asked about this?

Well, the goal was different in the first gulf war. We accomplished that goal and were unwilling to go further. I guess they decided the risks were worth it now.

Yeah, now that Cheney is in a position to profit from war, sure the risks are worth it.

What I find amazing is that back in 1994, Cheney was a good speaker who didn't seem creepy at all. While I can agree that circumstances have certainly changed, his stance I think should have remained the same.

Not really. Cheney would have been able to profit as a former SecDef running Haliburton far more than he can as a VP divested from his former company. But that doesn't fit MoveOn.org mentallity.
