I've been looking for a decently priced Toshiba GigaBeat S30 for awhile. So I looked at Pricegrabber.com and it referenced refurbdepot.com. The reviews for it weren't all that bad (had a 3.5-4 out of 5 stars) so I put my order in yesterday.
Big Mistake. It turns out that refurb depot is a craptastic store and cheats the people that buy from them by sending DOA items or by charging a restocking fee for items that were returned because they were broken when delivered.
And now to make it worse, the Refurb Depot website has been offline for the past day, so I can't even cancel my order.
Good thing I already talked to my bank and told them the story and that I've been trying to cancel the order for the past day, so if my account gets charged, I'll be able to get my money back, but I'm pissed that I can't cancel the order and correct my stupid mistake.
