...and own Episode 1, then check out Minerva:Metastasis.

The final version was released just last week, and it's fantastic. Great puzzles, awesome level design, a couple of good original music tracks, and awesome atmosphere. There are about 2-3 hours of playtime, and they're great.

Created by Adam Foster, with a little help from the guys at Valve, and a few others (the soundtrack).

He also has a blog.

Minevera was cool, so I'll check that out. Thanks.

Woo hoo! I've been waiting for this. These are just as good as valve's levels.

Does this include the third installment?

Yep, this is the complete Metastasis chapter in the Minerva story. Supposedly Adam's working on another chapter, Out of Time, but that won't be released for a while.

Visually, it's impressive and on par with Valve's work. The level design kinda sucks though... especially once you get underground. There are two many dead ends and loops that lead you around in circles, trying to figure out where to go. It gets confusing and frustrating... the flow could be a lot better.

Valve's level flow is the best I've ever seen, it's quite hard to match. I can saw that I have never gotten lost in a HL level.

Well, alot of the HL levels were quite linear. More so in HL:2.

I'm stuck in level 3, I just unplugged the portal generator thing and got a crowbar and combine rifle and the room exit opened, but it leads back to a dead end. What do I do? There's nowhere to go...

[Edit: Nevermind, it's a bug. Reloading from an old autosave fixed it.]

Finished! That was fun.

My only complaints are that the combat can get a bit repetitive (especially on the surface at the end) and some of the puzzles take some time and random poking and shooting to figure out, without much in the way of hints.

Ive played the first 2 levels. I found them more enjoyable than the actual hl2 game.
Take that there and put it in here

That was all different flavors of awesome. The end was epic on a stick.
DO NOT WANT.
