I thank you all for my surgery vibes last month (all is fine, btw, stitches have come out and I have a pretty cool I-beam shaped scar)

but now. something that actually scares the crap out of me. an interview.

I've got a job interview at the Red Cross tomorrow. The job itself is not a problem, I'm capable and qualified, I just suck at these situations, so please pulsate in whatever way you choose at 2pm BST tomorrow (that's 15 hours from now)

I have a physics degree, yes (none of this silly major business)

but I did that because I liked the subject, not with any career in mind. I want to get into the charity sector, though I'm not sure what I want to do long term yet

yeah, it was alright. nothing too scary, but I'm just annoyed that I get so nervous I can't be myself. I should hear back in the next few days

well, I just spoke to the guy from the interview and they gave me a verbal offer! sooooooooo... gonna sleep on it, but probably will take it. huzzah.
