Play it here

The controls are:
Player 1
W, S - Accelerate/Decelerate
A, D - Turn left/right
E - Fire shell
Q - Fire missle

Player 2
I, K - Accelerate/Decelerate
J L - Turn left/right
O - Fire shell

I handed it in already, I was in Grade 11 but it was for a Grade 12 Java class.

[Edit: Make sure you play around with the advanced options and stuff, too.]

That painting was a gift, Todd. I'm taking it with me.

I see a grey box. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif] Sounds like fun, though.

Banks and banks of humming machinery! I've never seen so many knobs. We're going to have to do something, Charlie! Try pushing that button there. No? How about that one? No, not that one either. I know! I'll try pushing this one. Hold my hat will you? Good fellow.

It sort of worked for me. I saw a gray box, too. When I used advanced options to turn on bounding boxes, I could see outlines where the tanks should be, but I could only see flashes of a tank every 30 seconds or so. I have j2re1.4.2_04

Oh yeah, it runs like CRAP in Linux for some reason.

Then what's the point of using Java? I thought it was supposed to be cross-platform and all that jazz?

I've always had problems with applets in Linux, especially mine.

Maybe you should use Sun's JVM instead of microsoft's outdated one?

I use Sun's in both Linux and Windows. I think the Linux VM is just poorly written.
