yeah, but IIRC, frames was bad software design and browser incompatibility, not crappy choices and poor coding. also, the only frames i find bad are the ones that make the whole page on one url, and dont even change when you go to a new site.

actualy tiberium, i am sorry to say that some websites used to actualy look like that back in the mid 90s.
