Leopard comes out in a few hours. Who here will be upgrading, or converting even?
Take that there and put it in here

I ordered one of the Leopard up-to-date discs (only $10!) That way I don't have to install a pre-made image that's tied to the hardware, I'll have the full thing to install on my desktop and notebook. Yay!

As long as it isn't Windows. With Windows I wait until the first or second service pack.

I'll pick it up in a month or so. I've been using the RC for a week now, and I just don't see it quite ready for release. I'll pick it up in a week or two when the smaller bugs get smoothed over.

There isn't a huge feature that makes me want to rush out and get it. The boot camp changes are nice, and is the main reason I will eventually upgrade.

I wouldn't imagine a design update would arrive until January unless it were a speed bump. But who knows, they could surprise me.

:downs:

I would be getting it if I owned a Mac. I hope the Mac labs on campus get upgraded sometime soon, I would love to try it out.

I'll probably buy it after christmas if I have any moneys left over. As much as i want it I can't justify the expense when I have two perfectly good machines running Tiger.

I'll probably wait a good few weeks before I get it, give it some time to iron out some bugs that are bound to crop up.

Overall there isn't anything amazing that I really need, but leopard is meant to be quick than Tiger on the new intel hardware so I'm expecting a nice little speed bump.

Not for a while probably. I have neither the money nor do I get much use out of OSX with XP on my system.
