This brings me to the question. I know you can heal-gun an enemy spy, but can you uber-charge him too?

No, I don't think so. Your uber doesn't charge while you heal an enemy spy, so it's usually obvious that they're a spy.

I could test it out but I really, really don't have time to play MP games these days. When I play medic, I usually heal-gun people directly on the front lines of battles, therefore I rarely, rarely heal enemy spies because they tend to be off in the back doing sh*t. I think you have to be a totally oblivious medic to uber-charge an enemy spy by mistake.

You might be able to uber charge them, but it does NOT charge your uber while healing a spy.
