First year I haven't dressed up. I had to spend my last 5 bucks on candy, since I'm the only one home tonight. I guess answering the door as a 3 foot tall kid is enough to scare the kids.

I'm writing papers :P I've got 3/4 left to finish. One is due in 1 week, 2 are due in 2 weeks. When these are over, I will celebrate halloween.

That can be tricky to manage. It's all too likely you'll get killed in some boring nondescript way, like being in a helicopter that takes a SAM.

hmmm, there was a drive by shooting right by my school, so people were freaking out just a bit, 12 year old boy and 40 year old women both shot (I don't know if they were wounded or killed)

Aside from that: my friend got her first speeding ticket, so we got her some alcohol to make her feel better. If that hadn't happened, I would have just spent the night doing laundry. In fact, I've had the same load of laundry in for several hours now.

Got dressed up as House (and did an outstanding job of it), went to work, got out at a reasonable time, went to bar, met friends, drank beers.

Planning to repeat this tomorrow, minus the work and the getting out of work.
